This top-down circular yoke sweater is named for its similarity to a spider web and the geometrical design between each of the colourwork “wedges”. Web of Diamonds is a straightforward colourwork yoke pattern with a few intermediate techniques (don’t worry – easier techniques can be used instead!).
Techniques used include:
Knitting in the round
Tubular cast-on (or long tail cast-on if preferred)
2x2 Rib Stitch
Japanese short rows
Backwards Loop cast-on
Tubular bind-off (or traditional bind-off if preferred)
Two lengths are provided to suit your preferences: a cropped, shorter length, and a full, longer length.

Choose What You Pay: A “Choose What You Pay” model is available for this pattern, allowing both financial accessibility and > fair pricing. The buyer may pay what they are able while still valuing the hard work invested by myself, my testers, the tech editor, and other designers. The price listed reflects what I believe is fair for the work put into this design. Use the codes below in order to pay the price listed after each. Choose whichever price works best for you!
To determine your size, measure your chest around the widest point, then locate the closest value listed under “Suggested Bust” below. This pattern has 4" (10 cm) of ease built in. If you would like to add extra ease (i.e., extra material for a roomier fit), size up. If you would like negative ease (i.e., less material for a closer fit), size down.
